Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, truly making me feel at home during my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I found the lighting for evening reading a bit lacking. While the breakfast was rich and enjoyable, I did encounter a few minor issues with the bathroom fixtures. Overall, it offered good value for the money but could benefit from a few improvements.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, it has a very stylish decor and offers fantastic amenities. The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Adela, who went out of her way to ensure our team's experience was superb. The breakfast spread was impressive, making it one of the highlights of my stay. However, my encounter with another staff member was unfortunate, as I found them rather rude, which slightly marred the overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel that truly met my expectations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main train station and the heart of Prague. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a standout feature, with a diverse selection that kept me satisfied throughout the day. However, there were a few minor issues like the need for towel replacements and a shower that had some repair issues. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.
While the hotel is well-maintained with a clean and spacious room, the overall experience was dampened by a lack of warmth from the staff and some facilities that need attention. The breakfast offered a decent selection, but interactions with the staff felt very transactional. There were some small issues in the room that detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located near the main train station and the old city center. The room was bright and clean, though the towels were a bit small. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was quite enjoyable. However, I noticed that the air conditioning was not very effective during my visit, which was a bit uncomfortable in the summer heat.
